Apple Technical Analysis
The technical analysis of the Apple stock price chart on 4-hour timeframe shows #S-AAPL, H4 is retracing lower under the 200-period moving average MA(200) after a rebound following retreat to 11-month low two weeks ago. We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower boundary of Donchian channel at 189.71. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above 198.70. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal high indicator, following Parabolic signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level (198.70) without reaching the order (189.71), we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.
Fundamental Analysis of Stocks - Apple
Apple share price ended lower as TF International Securities warned of rising risks for Apple if US allies follow Washington’s lead in restricting trade with China. Will the Apple stock price continue retreating?
President Trump ordered tariffs on Chinese goods as high as 145% and White House is reportedly pressuring allies to adopt similar measures. Hong-Kong based asset management company TF International Securities warned yesterday of rising risks for Apple if US allies follow Washington’s lead in restricting trade with China. Apple has moved some manufacturing to India and Vietnam in recent years, but achieving large-scale supply chain diversification remains a long-term project – Apple remains deeply reliant on China, particularly for iPhone assembly. A broad-based global tariff shift could outpace Apple’s ability to transition, placing pressure on margins and supply stability, according to TF International Securities. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce warned Monday it would retaliate against countries cooperating with US efforts to isolate Beijing. Escalation of tariff war against China will result in higher tariff risks for Apple which is bearish for Apple stock price.
